Late W30's had a 4 speed trans. The first version of the 4 speed still had what we would call a very low speed high gear. The last ones had a 10mph high gear if the tractor had factory rubber. A tractor with the factory installed high speed transmission will have a T suffix in the serial number. P means pneumatic tires.
