First thing I would check is the cables and connections. Pull the cables off the battery posts and clean them well. Check the cable ends themselves to make sure there is good contact to the cable wire. Remove the ground cable at the connection to the frame and clean and bond it well. If all connections are good at both ends of both cables, the next place to look is the starter motor, solenoid and starter switch.
