You have an IH Little Genius #8. The number on the other beam should be 23402. Older Little Genius' have different beam part #'s. Pictures of my restored Little Genius are at the link below. I'm no expert but believe my plow to be from the 1930's. It has steel spoked 6.00 - 16 wheels on rubber and a metal tail wheel. Since yours has steel wheels with the same beam part #'s, IH must have sold them with either style wheels in the 1930-1940's.
