You best take the tires and rims(or the tractor)to a dealer that works on farm tires. Wonder what the tire condition is. May not be worth trying to fix, it which case you may be looking at the expense of new tires. The tire will have to be dismounted and the tube patched at the least. More likely you will need a new tube and repairs to the rims. While the tires are off, you need to clean up the rims and paint the inside. Sorry, wish I had better news.
