Tractor ID Tag

I bought an 39 H about 6 months ago and the tag is on it and when I was going through the tons of small parts I ran into another tag he had in one of the boxes.I dont think this is anything to do with the H but just want to know if anybody can tell me what it is off of.It is larger than the one on the H and is 3inches by 6 inches and reads.McCormick-Deering Farmall Tractor.Idle speed 1300.#T-97409.Just wondering what this may have gone on.Thanks Obie in NH
