856D TA Removal

I was wondering if anyone out there could help with this. I have to replace the wiring harness on my 856 and I am having trouble removing the portion of the TA (TA Handle) that is on the outside of the sheet metal. What I have done so far is remove the bolt that seems to hold the exterior handle on. I have yet had any luck in removing the handle. Do I need to use a puller or just a lot of WD-40 to loosen it up??? Thanks for all input.
