It's a small square twine baler. I don't know when they were made but it was a while ago. You could pull it with a C as long as you are dropping the bales on the ground, I don't think you could pull a wagon with any baler. Older New Holland or JD balers seem to have a better reputation than IH, but condition varies at that age. I have a 27T that works okay but I think there are better choices out there.
