Greetings all, First, thanks to the fellows who answered my questions on the ka-chunk sound coming from the rear axle...I didn't get back to the discussion board in time to post a thanks on that thread before it went to the archives. So, I've pulled off the diesel fuel lines on a '55 400 to replace the shutoff valve and resolder some compression fittings. When I put it back together, I'll need to bleed the fuel up through the injectors. From what I've read in the shop manual and the owner's manual, I need to be running the gas side and open each of the bleeding values until diesel fuel comes out. Without having done this before, I'm not sure what "comes out" means. Should I expect a jet a high-pressure fuel or just a dribble? Any suggestions for a first-timer? (I'd like *not* to blow myself up ;-) Many thanks, - David
