Farmall 606 how many

Framall 606 built in the early 1960s. How many of these were there? I have never seen one. Dealer in my area sold 404, 504, 706 and 806. What was the power train on this tractor? Wendell in his book, 150 years of IH seems to indicate it is 560 power train. Some discussion here on forum lately seems to indicate it was 460 power train.
