IH built 6 differnt offset tractors this size, The A, B, Super A, 100, 130, and 140. The A and B didn't have hydraulics, so you can rule those two out and it should be fairly easy to I.D. First- is the grill curved or square? If it is curved, this rules out the 140. Next, do you see any traces of white paint or white decals on the side of the hood or the grill? If not, this pretty much rules out the 130. Finally, find yourself a picture of a Super A and a 100. You'll see they have different lines, cuts, and shapes to the hoods. I am kind of curious about the 3-point hitch. I though that these tractors had a 1-point Fast-Hitch. Is this what your's is, or does it look aftermarket?
