TD9 Purchase

Just purchased my first TD9 today.
I have not got it home yet. I bought
it with some type of motor trouble.
The man I bought it from said it has a
broken crank but he did not have time
to work on it so he sold it. Was crank
trouble common? Where can I find a crank
if that is the problem?
It has a Bucyrus blade on it and is complete.
Tracks are fair with life left on them.
Paint is decent original. I think it is
a 1956 91 series. I assume that the tractor starts
on gas since it has an ignition system. If
some one could email me a picture of the
controls layout that would be great, any
other advice would be appreciated. I gave
the man $300 for the tractor, does that sound
like a fair price?
