Could be as simple as lack of use. I have two of these tractors. When they were work tractors and each burned 500 gal. of gasoline per year they were never any problem. Now that I only use them for yard work, garden and plowing snow, gas is either stale or if tank is left near empty rust forms on inside of tank. For example, my Super A was not started past two winters. Each spring it took about 4-5 hours good hard work with choke out, then it worked fine. This past winter I tried starting Super A every two weeks or so. All I seemed to achive was burning of some gas. 130 is not as much problem as I put my snow blade on it and gets a bit more regular use.
