There is an aftermarket throttle avaiable that uses a friction plate instead of notches. Another advantage is that you can get the "just right" throttle setting with them unlike the notched ones which can be too fast or too slow from one notch to the next. We had them on all our H's and M's in the 50s. They are advertised in "Red Power Magazine" and our CNH dealer can get them. Check with yours, he should be able to also.
