Garrrabo: Well, the SC isn't really original. It had 12 volt when I bought it & I've had the starter reengineered. Also, added 3 point Saginaw which is very good but hardly original, and, most recently had a bracket made and hung some weights on the front end (with a scoop full of dirt going uphill was driving it on 2 wheels-not so safe I fear). Anyway, appreciate everyone's advice. Actually, hadn't considered the skid steer suggested by one of you guys (can't recall the handle while writing this) because I really wanted something to dig trenches, and, I could use in my business (which includes exhuming bodies). Now I rent track-hoes when needed. As far as "hiring" it done, you ARE hiring it done when you buy a machine-you are hiring the labor/brain power of the builders of the machine you buy. Few of us, even young folks, could do it themselves. Anyway, thanks everyone again. John
