just tear it down and rebuild it right dont worry about un-sticking it the engine is in need of repair if it is stuck pull the head and the pan and go from there after you get the head off you might not want to proceed any farther how much do you want to spend and can you do the work your self first thing is see if the head is usable then remove the pan and go from there silly to spend money trying to un-stick it as it needs repairs or else it would not be stuck
