The rod bearing was worn also. I decided to find all the pieces and make sure they all were accountable for. I put all the pieces togather and noticed one was missing. I looked everwhere and finially found it (with also a cricket) in the oil pump pick up.

Boy was I glad I checked to see if all the parts fell into the oil pan.
