We tried many different magic concoctions to loosen an f20. We had good success with the following: we removed the oil pan and removed the rod caps. You will find than one maybe two of the pistons are frozen to the rotate the crank out of the way and steady the rod so it is held vertical. A chain or wood blocks should work for this. You don't want it to rack back and forth loosely in the block. Remove the bearing and use a 2x4 between the rod saddle and a hydraulic jack on the floor. In my case the weight of the tractor was enough to free the froze pistons. You should be able to complete this process in a few hours rather than months for the other remedies to work. It is as simple as it sounds.....Good luck and be careful. This will insure you don't damage your transmission, tires, etc.
