When I was a kid, we farmed some very steep hills back in Wisconsin. The NF tractors didn't seem to be any more prone to rollover than the WF tractors. What did get people in trouble, generally, was carelessness. Turning too fast when on a steep hill was the main culprit. As others have said in reply to your post, you'll roll a WF about as easily - and probably be a bit less careful when operating it.
