Freewheeling is normal with the Torque Amplifier pulled back due to the over-running clutch arraingment. I remember my first time on a new IH450 baling hay down hill. I thought I would go slower by pulling the TA. Best thrill I've ever had for free. It came close in excitement to the 8N Ford with oil soaked brakes pulling the loads of hay home.(Down hill also)
