I had water in my A's oil pan. It was from a freeze plug that leaked, and the water ran down the outside of the block and into the pan because some of the bolts were stipped out and the pan didn't seal up real tight and water got in through this little crack. Hope for this. Otherwise I would say a crack in the head or block. I would drop the pan, fill up the block with water, and take a look to see where it is dripping from.
