Questions about my B

I have a 1947 B I bought last month. Last owner almost finished the rebuild and then left it head off pan off and some weather got to it and now it's stuck. I plan on pulling it back apart, give it a once over and build it back up.

Is the oil filter housing on a B the same as a H? Its missing on my B and I have a parts H. Is the hand crank on a B the same as a cub?

I have a long way to go on this one.
