Scott, you don't say what x amount is, so there's several possibilities. Is there antifreeeze in the cooling system? If there's nothing visible at the top of the radiator, try draining some off the bottom. If you've got antifreeze in the cooling system and clear water in the pan, more than likely the stuff in the pan is from condensation, all the more likely with as long as the tractor set. If it's water in the cooling system (and especially if it's low) there's a better chance you've got a more troublesome leak, whether from freezing or other problems. You'll find some articles in the archives dealing with this, but most diagnostics are going to involve removing the pan, refilling the cooling system and watching below for leaks. All the easier if you can rig something to put pressure on the system. Even if it seems to be just condensation, you will still need to go slowly and thoroughly -- there may be more than just one problem. Good luck! Scotty
