Rod, If you are not going to use distillates in the tractor you may as well get a reproduction manifold. I have put one on one of my H's and am very happy with it. I have another H with the distillate manifold and they are different. The distillate manifold has a damper inside to adjust for heating up the fuel and it has a much larger chamber. You would need a heat shield to cover the manifold to make it burn distillate correctly. Your H will run great on gasolene with a new manifold. I don't think there is much point in buying a used one for the slightest crack or hairpin hole will cause nothing but problems. The manifold I bought cost $190 canadian so thats about $90 or so US.The new manifold made the tractor run like new...a much better distribution or fuel\air, properly planed and is a bolt on item. Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
