Paint Scheme for International Little Genius or Little Wonder Plow

I have a question concerning the "white" color the rims are supposed to be on the IHC Little Genius Plows and Little Wonder Plows? Could anyone tell me what "white" color that actually is? Is the "white" color International white? The white or cream color seems to me an "off white" color? Does anyone mix two paints together to make this cream color paint? Any suggestions, comments, or leads would be greatly appreciated pertaining to the paint scheme. Thanks!
