There is a lot of difference in back blades depending upon what you want to do with them. The simple type with manual angle etc work fine for plowing snow. Some are heavier than others though which makes a difference in how well they stay down and how long they stay together. Here again depends upon how and how much you use it. I have an old no name that is ok for plowing snow but I also have a JD #80 also old but is a lot heavier and cuts a lot better. Have used the ones that angle hydraulically and even tilt hydraulically. they are nice if you use it to ditch with and if you have the hydraulics but also expensive.
