Farmall Cub '53-Needs to have work done

I use this tractor to mow 2.25 acre every week. It has recently started to leak oil out of the rear engine oil seal. Both rear axle seals leak and probably needs brakes. The engine starts easy and runs good but does smoke a little. I am in northwest Missouri and was wondering if anyone from this part of the country repairs these old tractors? If so would like name and phone number. This would be a winter project so I wouldn't be without it during the mowing months.
