This is a problem that has occured on every H and M that I have worked on. I have been able to loosen the bolts with a high amount of torque on occasion. One time I had to use a pry bar to loosen them, and another time i put a thin nut on the threaded end and drove them out. By experience, I have learned that the high torque method is best. If you do ruin the metal cups and rubber washers, dont worry, because they are still available at your local dealer.
