Before you get it apart look again at how it goes together. Maybe take notes, draw picture. You would think there's only one way for the rubber washers, metal cups, and connecting plates to fit, and that's true. It is, however, possible to forget what that way is, and to try so hard to put them together some other way that they become damaged. I know this.
