Super H paint job

I am not a pro when it comes to painting tractors but I do enjoy doing my own. Went to shop this morning to see a good paint job turned bad. I had a beautyfull finish on hood,grill,tank. Now there is a spot on all three that shows small areas of paint wrinkle. What is my procedure to repair these other than to sand all and start over? Any help is greatly appreciated. I know some of you guys are a whole lot better than I am. Was just trying to save a buck and say that I painted it. Thanks
