Frozen clutch on a '47 BN

I was able to get the BN running after sitting for 28 years! However, the clutch is frozen to the flywheel and won't release. I removed about 20-30 pounds of mice nest from the inspection ports and can see that the throwout bearing is moving in and depressing the levers on the pressure plate. However, the clutch plate is not releasing and is either rusted/stuck solidly in place. I have sprayed penetrating oil on the shaft and everywhere I could reach, but no luck so far. Anyone have any suggestions how to break the clutch free? If not, and I have to pull the clutch, how do you disassemble the housing? Won't the whole tractor break in half? Advice, please!
