It shouldn't be hard to find. Be prepared to pay a fair price for one. If a 42" Woods fits your needs, I have one here in northern Ohio.

You don't really need the hydraulics if you have a hand lift, the front rockshaft, and a good counterbalance spring. A properly adjusted spring can make lifting the mower almost effortless. You will just have to use your arm instead of your fingers.
