PTO vent, 460 utility

My 460 has a couple of vents, the one on the PTO housing leaks (blows) fluid out. Is there any servicing to these vents? I assume that's what the vent is for, vent the housing and let pressure out and naturally some fluid will come with it. But I am new to these things. Thanks
