i bought a sw6 that i dumped about 1.5 gal of water out of . it had a shovel over the exhaust and rain water ran into the manifold and in #2 exhust valve and past the rings into the base. I dumped the water out changed the oil and filter and touched the starter and she started right up . i couldnt believe it that was the first time in ten years i was later told that that tractor had been running , and on the same old gas. (i had thought mayby it had been sitting a couple of years but not ten) that was a year before i bought the tractor i went back the next summer and ,bought it and it has earned its keep since then ,it has pulled a 50 foot beam crossways leveling 100 acres of land and is right now hooked up to 15 foot disks waiting for it to stop raining again. i also bought an allis b that had the crankcase full of water the muffler had rotted out and water ran in again though the open exhaust valve. this one was stuck but when i jumped on the crank it came loose . it also runs nice took a little more playing though
