Turn the motor over 180 degrees and make sure your sleeves are not cracked at the bottom or top side. Also, might want to re-lap your valves if they have any carbon buildup on them. You can get a valve-lapper at about any parts store, and a valve spring compressor. Take each valve out and re-lap, then put them back in the same hole... Just a suggestion, wouldn't take you an hour and it might keep your tractor from missin when you fire it up. Sometimes the carbon can come loose and stick between a valve and it's seat... That cylinder will loose compression then. Good luck, tell us how it comes out. Jared Jeffries
