Tyler(MD), Use a 13/16" wrench on the front nut. I use a long hefty screw driver to slide in under the back nut supporting the tip on something solid then raise up on the screwdriver to put tension on the assembly. Then turn the front nut to tighten. I believe on mine there is a fairly thick flat washer that goes behind the front nut up against the bracket. This keeps the corners of the front nut from gouging into the bracket as you tighten it up.//FB
