The magneto is used on IY69 Continental engines that IH used on some balers and small combines. It is the same as used on the letter series tractors except for the mounting flange and impulse coupling.. It would bolt up to the H but the coil cover would be away from the block and also the lag angle on the impulse is such that the timing would be slow. Just restorewd one of these engines and that is the type mag it has.
