Thers's no such thing as a "real" Super H-TA, but I think parts frm a 300 or 350 w/ TA would bolt up to a Super H. The easiest way to check for this is to find the casting codes. Casting codes are located on the cast iron parts of the tractor and tell the exact date that piece was made. They are on little machined plates, these plates have what appear to be little flat screw heads between the numbers of the code. To read the code, it is important to know that IH used letters to represent years. The letters started with "A" in 1937?, with a couple letters being skipped, and then started over with "A" again in 1955, and starting over once again in 1977?. For example, June 26, 1955 would read: 6-26-A, with the dashes representing the screw heads and A=1955 Since the 300 was built in '55 and '56, and the 350 was built '57 and '58, look for "A" "B" "C" or "D" casting codes on stuff like the transmision, rear-end housing, brake covers, axle carriers, and PTO housing. Hope this helps, post back if it sounds confusing, and let us know how it turns out!

It was an Allis-Chalmers tractor dealership,
