Many years ago, we used a Super MTA on a 2ME mounted picker and it worked fine. The tractor did have power steering, an add on unit, and that was nice for sure, but the tractor handled the job just fine here in southern Michigan hills. With the TA you've got an advantage. Modern corn population requires power,no question, you just can't get in a hurry, and pick the corn when it's ready.
