Thanks -- The plug is 1-5/16, but socket fits a little loose-1-1/4 won't go on. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a 6 point, and the 12 point rounds it off. I have tried penetrant, a breaker bar, and a big hammer. Going to let it set over the weekend, occasionally add more penetrant and tap the nut and housing lightly with a hammer occasionally before putting a wrench on it again. I don't have an impact, could probably rent one, I'm always afraid I'll break cast if there is too much vibration. Sucker sure is tight.
