Sounds like a parts tractor to me......I have found it's better to spend a little more money and save all that hard work....If it looks that bad it hasen't had good maintence..the inside (gears) could be border line also .....I just bought a "M"in great original shape + new tires,finders and power steering for $2500....Add up what you are going to need,take it from there......
