Best way to find out is to take a propane torch UNLIT but opened valve and hold the tip around the gasket of the manifold on your tractor with the tractor running. Should be able to hear the difference when you hit a bad area on the gasket. If no change and you've gone all around the gasket its time to look elsewhere. Try the points, are they pitted?, out of adjustment? I'd even try a new set of plugs before anything more expensive.//FB
