You'll probably have to dig one out of the weeds somewhere. We had an IH wagon that we used (and abused) for many years. It had hub covers as you described. While these were pretty good wagons in their day, they were a notch inferior to the JD gears in terms of longevity. I'm guessing the cover is missing on the back of the wagon. Over time, the axle stub will wear, causing the hub and bearings to shift; then the cover will simply unscrew itself from the friction on the inside and roll off - usually while you're going down the road at 15mph - and never be seen again.
