Hi Jeff, I'll try and answer your questions. 1. The big centet knob, on top of the carburator, is the load adjustment. It is the notched knob, with a wire keeper. The small screw is for idle adj. 2. I'm not sure of this, but probably not. You should be able to get one for a Regular or F-20. 3. Most gaskets are available, and I'll leave some info, at the end. 4. 110-115 ft. lbs. 5. Yes, removing these "hand holes", will allow you to inspect the crankcase. 6. This would be an aftermarket item. 7. Yes, you can get them on this site, and through other venders.
