I think John has got it here. If it's OK not to have down pressure on the hitch, then run one hose from any of the 3 outlets to the bottom port on your hyd cylinder on the hitch, and put a breather on the top port. This is the simplest arangement. To opperate, your foot must be off the clutch, and pull the rod all the way out to provide lift, let the rod back to the stop (midway back down) to hold the hitch, or push rod all the way back down to allow gravity to pull implement back down. If you must have down pressure, then you need either the IH two-way valve or an aftermarket valve that you plumb from one of the output ports through the valve and back to the filler pipe. The control rod from the original system needs to be held in the pulled out position whenever you want the new valve to work. The new valve will have two work ports that go to each end of the hyd cylinder and the breather is not used. Stan(VA).
