I'd say the Ford would work - but look at others also. Any old tractor in about the 30 hp range should work for you. One consideration is.. what do you indend to do with this land? Plow it? Mow it? Pasture it? If you need implements to go with the tractor, I'd recommend the Ford. It has 3 point hitch and you can easily find compatible implements. If you won't be working the soil much, and want to maintain fences, remove rocks, and other utility chores, I'd consider a Farmall H.
