Then remember that an awful lot of these old tractors were originally sold to farmers who, trading in their last team of horses, were -- like you and me and a lot of us here -- First Time Tractor Buyers! That's encouraging. Old Iron is straightforward enough and easy to work on and, for the more popular models, parts are not at all hard to find. My local CaseIH dealer has been able to get all the small stuff for me, and the boneyards are a good source for the rest of it.
