Alvin,I am curious..usually Popping out a valve would mean that the engine is firing when a valve is still open or firing late when the valve has legitimately opened, having read your post and seeing all you have done it would seem like a timing problem. Your earlier post said it was popping out the carb...that sounds like pre ignition so I suggest you check your timing. You fine tuned the timing, could you be out a notch after the rebuild?
