460 vs 560

I have a very limited Farmall background except for M's and H's. What are the key differences between a 460 and 560? My Dad has a 560 and it has lots of power and runs excellent. Only problem is in the gear box where it stays in 5th gear no mattter where the shifter is. I am looking at a cheap 460. Is the 460 a good tractor or do you stay away from them?
