G-Man - First of all, as far as I'm concerned, there are no enemies on any of these boards. All of us like old iron, just maybe different kinds or colors. The hand clutch is an M & W and was used to allow the PTO and/or belt pulley to continue to run but stop the tractor ground speed. If this one is like the one that was on a Super H when I was growing up, it mounts on the left side in the brake area. Maybe somebody else has more info on this. FM
