Mel: Understanding that what I have has seen hard time and better days -- just like some of us! -- and may have gotten a little ways away from original specs, nevertheless, the pulley on my Super C's generator is 3" across (outside diameter) and 3/4" wide (across the "blades") with a 1/2" deep channel for the belt. In an early post, I referred to a spacer, but that's not the case -- with the keyboard in the house and the tractor in the barn, I should have checked for sure before I wrote; sorry if that threw you off. The pulley is cast/machined so it mounts off-set: the belt lines up just beyond the end of the generator's shaft, which is itself about 2" long beyond the housing. Hope this helps, Mel; Don LC's suggestion notwithstanding, I know that we scoured the junkyards around here to find a pulley that would mount on an apparently short-shafted generator and we came up empty. Went back to the guy that rewound the generator and got one with a little longer shaft,... and the old pulley. Good luck. RedTed/MO.
